SHIPPING POLICY

COVID-19 NOTICE: As always TransMed Company strives to ship orders on the day we get the order, however, due to delays outside our control, orders could be delayed until the following day.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday with the exception of Holidays during normal business hours 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Eastern Time. In most cases orders received before 2:00 pm will be processed and shipped out the same business day, pending product availability. Ground shipping orders normally take 1 - 5 business days to arrive. Please call us regarding any Express or Urgent order placed after 2:00 pm Eastern time.

Our shipping rates are some of the lowest online, if not the lowest in the business. We have daily pickups with Federal Express, UPS and the U.S. Postal Service. For large orders call 1-404-840-8900 for our discounted and pallet based shipping rates.

International Shipping: TransMed Company will ship internationally to many parts of the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please call 404-840-8900 to arrange shipping on your shipping account. We ship internationally on UPS, FedEx and DHL.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of the products we sell many items are not returnable and all sales are final. For example, drug test kits are regulated by the FDA and require specific storage requirements which can not be validated once the product leaves our warehouses. If a refund is permitted there will be a 20% restocking fee. Restocking fees and return shipping costs do not apply if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Drug and alcohol testing products are non refundable due to the nature of the product. In the unlikely event the product is deemed defective by TransMed Company or if we shipped the wrong product we will issue a refund or product replacement. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number provided by TransMed Company.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us or call Customer Service at 1-404-840-8900 with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order if the product is deemed returnable.

You should expect to receive your refund within 3-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Testing devices suspected of being defective require proof of suspected product failure either by pictures and/or copies of laboratory confirmation. Returned product will be sent to the manufacturer for further QA/QC testing. If the product is determine to be defective we will replace the product, issue a refund check or process a credit card refund. Please keep in mind that our testing products are of highest quality and reliability. Most testing discrepancies and errors are determined to be procedural in nature. Please refer to the product package insert for product details, directions for use and results interpretation.

Please have the following information on hand when calling with a suspected product issue: customer name, sales order or invoice number and the nature of the problem. In many cases we will require pictures of the suspected defective product.
