Terms & Conditions
These terms govern purchases of products and services through TransMedCo.com. “TransMed,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TransMed Company. “You” and “your” refer to the customer.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms unless a separate signed purchase agreement applies.
Orders & Agreements
The terms posted when you place or modify an order govern that order. We may update these terms for future orders without prior notice.
These terms constitute the entire agreement regarding website purchases unless a separate signed agreement governs. Any modification or termination of an existing purchase agreement must be approved in writing and signed by TransMed.
Product Use & Screening Results
Our drug screening products provide preliminary, qualitative results. For a more specific result, we recommend confirmation by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) through a SAMHSA-certified laboratory.
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for product storage, use, and interpretation of results.
Pricing & Website Information
Prices, products, descriptions, and offers may change without notice due to market conditions, manufacturer price changes, product discontinuation, advertising errors, or other circumstances.
We strive to provide accurate website information but do not guarantee that all content is complete, accurate, or current. We do not undertake to update all website material.
For high-volume purchases, contact us to request a quote.
Payment Terms
Unless an invoice specifies otherwise, payment is required in advance. Payment must be received by the applicable due date.
These terms and the seller’s invoice take precedence over conflicting terms in a customer’s purchase order, unless a separate signed agreement provides otherwise.
Delinquent accounts are subject to a collection agency fee equal to 20% of the outstanding balance, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Returned Payments
If a payment is returned unpaid, including because of insufficient funds, a closed account, or revoked authorization, we may assess a $35 returned payment fee per transaction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The fee may be charged to the original payment method or another method you choose, subject to applicable authorization requirements. Returned payment fees must be paid before future orders are processed or shipped.
Shipping Responsibility & Returns
Orders ship FOB origin (shipping point). Responsibility for the goods, freight costs, and loss or damage during transit transfers to the buyer when the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
All returns require prior approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
TransMed pays return shipping costs only when the return results from a shipping error by TransMed, such as sending an incorrect item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in all other cases, including approved returns of defective products.
Please review our Shipping & Returns Policy for return eligibility, restocking fees, refund procedures, and shipping details.
Third-Party Websites
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control their content or practices, and a link does not constitute an endorsement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TransMed disclaims express and implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TransMed, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, and website service providers disclaim liability for losses or damages arising from:
- Your use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website or linked websites.
- Errors, omissions, or outdated website information.
- Viruses or other harmful components encountered while browsing or downloading materials.
- Products or services being unavailable for use.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TransMed will not be liable for indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business, income, goodwill, data, contracts, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
For claims relating to purchased products or services, TransMed’s total liability will not exceed the aggregate amount you paid for the purchases under the applicable agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms and related sales are governed by Georgia law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You consent to jurisdiction in the state or federal courts serving Forsyth County, Georgia, for disputes arising from these terms.
